Unknown to the general US population, the World Cup moves on

England moves on with the help of a Beckham bender. The TV announcers were just trash talking Beckham all through the game "He shouldn't be the captain, he has contributed nothing","All he has is freekick setup, nothing else", "He's not even running as much as the others, where has he been?", "Yup, he's showing his age". Beckham then proceeds to deliver a brilliant shot for what would be the game winning shot and look at what the announcers have to say... "And that's why you have Beckham in the game!!!!", "No one else does it like Beckham! Just look at that shot!!".

I definitely have the Ghana and Brazil game queued up on my Tivo. Enncien did get his second yellow card against the US, so he might be sitting this game out. Shame.
