I've been disqualified as a geek

Just got done praising my geek values when I decided it was time to install Vista on a test box. So I take the new shiny DVD case and realize it's "different". Hmmm, that's ok, I'm a geek, I shall figure this out in less then.....hmmmmm. Well that's interesting, there is a pull tab on the side that I ripped off but DVD case doesn't open. There is another tape on top but as I rip that off that takes off the product ID label which can't be good.
